Refund & Download Policy (Digital Products Only)

At HiNorman, we want you to enjoy every digital artwork you purchase. Since our products are delivered instantly, we follow a clear and fair policy to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.


1. File Issues

If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not opening correctly, we’re here to fix it.

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • What to provide: Email us at info@HiNorman.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue (screenshots or error messages help).

  • Resolution: We will resend the correct files at no additional cost.


2. Wrong Files

If you accidentally receive the incorrect artwork or the wrong license type:

  • Email info@HiNorman.com within 7 days.

  • We’ll send the correct files right away, free of charge.


3. Missing Download Link

If the download link didn’t arrive:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Make sure the email address on your order is correct.

  3. If it still isn’t there, email info@HiNorman.com with your order number and we will resend your download link immediately.


4. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind after downloading

  • Buying the wrong license (Personal vs. Commercial)

  • Not reading the product description or license details

Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.


5. Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the download link has been generated (this happens instantly after payment). Please double-check your selections before purchasing.


6. Refund Processing (When Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For file issues or incorrect files, we’ll resend the correct files immediately—no refund needed.


7. What to Include in a Refund Request

If you qualify for a refund, please include:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Product name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your request
